The Rocky Mountain Rugby Premiership will light up this weekend as two familiar foes square off: the defending champion Aspen Gentlemen host the ever-dangerous Denver Water Dogs at the iconic Wagner Park.

Last season, Aspen edged Denver in two electrifying contests. The first came in Aspen, a wide-open affair that ended 59–52 in the Gents’ favor. Later in the year at Cook Park, Aspen again held firm, taking a 28–14 victory and stamping themselves as the Premiership’s team to beat.
The Gents carried that momentum all the way to the RMR Championship, ultimately booking a spot in the USA Club Rugby Nationals Elite 8 — a testament to their depth, discipline, and attacking flair.
